What are prayer cloths ?

THE PRAYER CLOTH:
AS A ‘BANNER’ [FLAG] OF FAITH, IN ACTION

By: Betty C. Clark

Faith without works is dead.

James Chapter 2

14 What shall it profit, my brethren, if a man say he hath faith, but hath not works? Shall faith be able to save him? 15 And if a brother or sister be naked and want daily food: 16 And one of you say to them: Go in peace, be ye warmed and filled; yet give them not those things that are necessary for the body, what shall it profit? 17 So faith also, if it have not works, is dead in itself. 18 But some man will say: Thou hast faith, and I have works. Show me thy faith without works; and I will show thee, by works, my faith. 19 Thou believest that there is one God. Thou dost well: the devils also believe and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Trying to understand how a piece of cloth, can be associated with an action toward faith, is like trying to understand why the bleeding women in `The New Testament`, would need to touch the hem of the garment of Christ, when it was her faith that made her whole.

However, she did leave her home, braking Leviticus laws of bodily fluid discharges, of her continuance bleeding.

And she did `seek` out, Christ. Her seeking is symbolic of spiritual `works`.

Luke 11:9

King James Bible
And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

She did understand that all Jewish Priest held a blue string tied to the
wing of their prayer shawl and by her touching the hem of Christ garment, this action was demonstrating her faith and works.

Matthew 14:36

King James Bible
And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.

How does a banner [flag], as a piece of cloth [material], yield any divine
intervention ?

EXCERPT:

(1) in the singular, "Lift ye up a banner upon the high mountain" (Isaiah 13:2 the King James Version); "a banner to them that fear thee" (Psalms 60:4); and

(2) in the plur., "In the name of our God we will set up our banner" (Psalms 20:5); "terrible as an army with banner" (Song of Solomon 6:4).

How does Paul’s handkerchief’s and apron yield anointing to heal ?

Acts 19:11-12

11 And God was doing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs or aprons that had touched his skin were carried away to the sick, and their diseases left them and the evil spirits came out of them.

The Banner [flag], the Prayer Cloth and the Hem of a Garment
all three speak to the daughter’s of God [IHVH], as follows :

~Parallel Excerpt~

. . . (quote) . . . We cannot afford to be bystanders in today’s world,

. . . We have to learn to speak up, to not be afraid. We have to learn to

stop crimes against humanity in our `OWN` place, . . .

in our own cities and throughout the world.

. . . If nobody protested, if nobody came, . . .

however everybody knew . . .

Romans 1:28

King James Bible
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
